Yogācāra. (Skt.) Die ‚Praxis des Yoga‘, eine bedeutende Mahayana-Schule, die im 4. Jh. n. Chr. entstand. Die Schule ist auch als Vijnanavada (‚der Weg des Bewusstseins‘) bekannt, in Anspielung auf ihre erkenntnistheoretischen Interessen.
